Starting a new Hall of Fame!

I am starting to make my own hall of fame code, but unlike Sir Krishna's code, counts the first level 17 people.
I will add the code soon. Just to let you know.
If there are any new ones, please post their names account and date of achievement so that it will be easy.

If only we could send HTTP requests and if SoloLearn had a REST API. Then we could make some fantastic things. We could do it with CURL via PHP but I don't think the SoloLearn Code Playground supports that.
