1.Html
2.Css And after this which languages learn out of 10 languages....

I am not sure if I am able to understand your question. Do you need help with choosing next course? If so:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript -> a language pack for Front-End development.
PHP, Python, Ruby -> Back-End pack
Java, C#, C++, (Python too) -> Desktop and sometimes Back-End
SQL -> Databases, which are needed for Back-End, and Desktop Apps, and any other apps...
All depends what you what to do later with your skills.

My opinion... start with Python. You get a practical
language with tons of modules you can use right away for
solving practical problems and learning basic principles of
programming.
From there, it depends on your goals or needs.
For web development
HTML
CSS
JavaScript
php
SQL
ruby
For application development.. less web
Java
c++
c#
SQL
depends on what is your goal.
