How to report errors in quiz answers?

I have documented a couple of quizzes that have errors on their "correct answer", how do I report them?

On the screen you see the correct answers, there is a circle with an exclamation mark at the top right corner that allows you to report a wrong quiz.

By selecting the above mentioned circle, you will have to choose what is wrong with the quiz, that, in this case seems to be "Wrong answer".
Then, it's reported but the process behind is unknown.
