403 Forbidden error and cannot login to file manager

Question

I have published a website http://pliamdomain.000webhostapp.com a long time ago and recently when I type the url I get a 403 Forbidden error “You don’t have permission to access /on this server”. When I go to file manager of 000webhost, I get an invalid login error, so I cannot access the domain’s files and .htaccess file to configure the ftp settings. What can I do to solve the problem and access the website and it’s files? I needhelp!!
