How to keep your eyes healthy while coding.?

We usually work till late night, here is a way to keep your eyes healthy....
To help prevent eye strain while stuck at a computer, look away from the screen for at least 20 seconds for every 20 minutes you work.
Blink more.
Roll your eyes.
Re position your screen.
ADJUST THE BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST
