Angular JS is Angular 1, which uses JavaScript. Angular (5 at this moment) uses TypeScript. Both of them are JavaScript Frameworks and we can use them for Web/Software Development. And if you combine them with Ionic or Nativescript or... You can code for mobile phones. Android, on the other hand, is for mobile phones, only.
