bootstrap info at w3shcools is very limited but not bad place to start, you ll have to try out on github pages for proper introduction to bootstrap and on getbootstrap.com their official website

@blugon bootstrap is nothing but awesome CSS design templates (including JavaScript or jQuery) added to that file by many experienced designers ,
so you won't have to start from scratch and get the best up to date designs by just including class names to ur elements.
so it's that file only
