Is there any point in learning java when i have an iphone which is supported by swift? I would like to make an ios game.

If making an iOS game is your goal then learn swift. You can learn Java later if you wish. You will need a Mac/Macbook that will run the most recent MacOS (currently High Sierra) in order to use Xcode for creating iOS apps/games with swift.
