frames? what kind of frames? if you are referring to the <frameset> and <frame> tags, they are not supported anymore. html5 supports <iframe>s.

nope. was a shocker for me too when i went back to html after almost a decade. but from what i saw, html evolved to something much better with html5, kind of a step in the right direction with css for styling. iframe looks more flexible. no more elaborate framesets. just put the tag <iframe>, position and style it with css and you're good to go.
