I think someone told you that it is Duff and your mind is set about that so remove that layer from your mind.

Hi. Actually, it's not hard to learn. Programming languages are formal languages which are close to native languages. All You need to get the basics is to learn some vocabulary and syntax of any formal language. BTW: Sorry for my English which is not my native language :-)

what you can do to make it easier, go on Codecademy and learn Html&Css as first language.
its super easy and can create webpages with it.
then search for "The new Boston" he teaches almost every language' I recommend going with C++.
learn the basics and stuff over there then use this app to revise.
Im doing this and so far within a day ive learnt how to make up to classes and objects and construction
