Dynamic Websites Help ?

So I got really good at HTML and CSS and I can make a modern, responsive, static website. What to do now, I know the basics of PHP and mySQL....my question is... How can I make my static website dynamic without CMS ( WordPress ) and how can I publish my site without CMS ( WordPress ) ?

I'm really get into WP and i'm falling in love with it, but publish a website does not necessarily means that you have to use a CMS such as WordPress or Drupal. Deep your PHP and MySql knowledge to make your website dynamic, at the end... make a website "dynamic" means do certain things on certain conditions without have to put manually the content... it's not so hard as it might seems.

@Maz, it just came to me, the other day, someone asked for help regarding a WP website, I wanted to, but I'm a big zero to WP, and as I recall the asker did mention they had also contacted the plug-in developer but still no solution. Maybe if you have something to say about it, during your busy day, if it's not too much a trouble, here's the thread link: https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/772632/?ref=app Thanks :)

Wordpress is more user friendly cms, anyone can make dynamic website from wp, without knowing HTML, CSS, Javascript or PHP/Mysql. A more developer way to create cms is Concrete5. it allows you to create a cms particularly for your website with all the div and css editing blocks.
