I am interested in web designing

I have learnt HTML, but I need CSS and JavaScript to be better.
Should I learn CSS first or JavaScript

HTML is text formatting. CSS is page styling. JavaScript is page logic.
So, if you learned HTML first, it's probably best to learn how to style the website next, and make it look presentable. However you don't need to, Javascript is fine to learn next. Just so long as you learn all three for web development, you'll be fine.

CSS first then go for JavaScript. You many very well learn JS first, it won't hurt.
