UI desing Mobile Apps

any one has experience on ui design mobil Apps, i find gif photos for mobile apps showing beatiful design with transition of text and buttons. i want to know which program is used to design such photos and also is the designer only design the idea or he implements this design on XML to have UI of the App .

I have started on learning Android. I have developed simple Apps and i want to know how to improve the App design and show my app in that way. what is the problem!!??
