I am confused to choose the program language learned for the first time, please include the reason yes. To create an app, not for the web

i think Java is a Good language to start with. you can programm Apps for Android, Desktop Applications and use it for web Backend.
Java is also a good language to get into the concept of object oriented programming.

As suggested by Uvaish you need to learn java for android, swift for ios and c# for windows apps.
But I think you should first learn C language for a good base and then these three.
