Why there isn't a home button??

why every time i want to come back to the main page wherever iam, i need to retake all the path i took the first time.. why there isn't simply a button linking to it??

Probably because of the way of implementing an android application: the API framework expect that 'view' are handled, so when you open a 'view' in a 'view', you (maybe: I have only superficial knowledge at android development, not real deep experience) must go back each levels to recover the root view ^^
