What's programmes i need to be a programer and desinger of sites web ?

to run a html or css or javascript you just need a text editor and save the file with the ending something.html something.css something.js and run it on your favourite browser. so if you want to design you dont actually need programms to do it but if you want you can download a code editor like brackets it may help you with the front-end.

I always use sublime text 2 or 3 but i hardcode everything. If you need help with your coding then dreamweaver would be best suited for you as you can style using the css styler they provide and you can also split the workspace to see a live preview of sorts of what your code will produce.
I used dreamweaver for years and then released i simply didn't need a big application after i learnt how to program many languages. Now i only use simple editors like sublime.
