Is there a benefit to following someone?

a lot of people start following me, yet nobody seems to up vote my codes or comment. so I'm just wondering is there some achievement to get for following people?

I follow those who make original and beautiful codes and those who like my posts.

Some people follow others in order to be followed back. Apparently this trick is pretty effective, but it would clog your feed with irrelevant activity.

just seems rude to follow someone and not up vote any of their codes lol. idk, just makes me wonder if people are even looking at my stuff when they decide to follow me.

yes if you follow any one you can easily get there posts & codes .And find original codes not copied.
