Why we should write very difficult code to design a particular site while technological development make it possible to choose designs that we like and take ready

there's actually form of programming, I forget what its called, where you set what you want and it writes the code for you. it's very new and experimentative, and I don't think theres any languages for it. But it could be where we head in the future, where code is designed and not written
