How relevant are programming languages?

With UI based solutions which encapsulates the underlying code from anyone using them.And keeps user focus on intended action and deduction rather than the writing line by line code, how relevant are programming languages?

I guess your question is what difference does it make. Well it has a difference for those who create the programs. It matters on how fast and easy it is and what capabilities each programming language has.
