Where to start better learning Ruby on Rails?

Hi, I was very interested in Ruby as a programming language, I would like to continue his education as a further framework for Ruby on Rails, how best to start learning it? Sorry for the bad english, thanks.

Coursera offers some more in depth Ruby knowledge. Many courses you can audit for free.

Also, Lynda.com. It may require a little bit more sifting through to specifically what you want to learn.
