I am studying programming by myself. What i should do when i learn about a new algorithm ? How to understand and use them effectively ? What kind of book or youtube channel for beginner like me to study ?

well rather than trying to study programming, try practising it rather. It's fun and you learn a lot effectively.
coming to books and online portals, there are numerous out there on the web....above all google to the rescue!!!

now i am having problems with reading array from a file text through function and the size of an array is also in a text file how i can do that ?
