You need HTML + CSS, then grab a multi-platform OS framework/platform to convert it to an Android applications, like Appery or AppMachine. Source: http://mashable.com/2013/12/03/build-mobile-apps/ IMPORTANT NOTE: I provide this answer since you said you're good at HTML... And also because it SEEMS LIKE you don't know a thing about XML / Java / Source control etc.

@Ammy Dua only mentioning a software name can be a game changer for the asker... People don't need to write well studied poets with completely perfect and proper English to be able to help out here, please don't rate answers other than yours as long as they're not offending or breaking the rules. And as a side note, your reply wasn't alone the perfect one, so no need to brag and bring people down. Bring them up #Udacity

Everybody Who Answered This Question Before Me Are Completely Stupids... 😂😂😂😂😂 They Don't Even Know Android Studio Is Not A Language... You Guys Just Heard A Word "Android Studio" And Copy It To Everywhere... He Asked Which Language Should I Start With? So, Here's The Main Answer... Android Studio Is An IDE (Intelligent Development Environment) Used To Compile Android Apps And Generate APKs... The Main Language Used In Android Development Is Java... Nowadays Kotlin Has Taken The Place Of Java In Android Development But Java Still Works With It... Go For Java, Then Move Onto Kotlin... 😊
