Difficult Challenge 😎💪

Question

So here is it: 3 sets of radio inputs (HTML) that have different values like set one answer 1=100 and answer 2=200.
Set 2 answer 1=10 and answer 2=20 and finally set 3 answer 1=1 and answer 2=2.
Keep in mind that the values isn't visible to the user. So when they submit, the sum of their choices pop up.
Twist: you may only use HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
