Which is the best and easiest website for learning c++ graphics?

It's been a while - almost 3 months since I am working on c++. I want advice about where to start learning c++ graphics online. There sure are many many websites and online platforms, but I want an easier and conceptual way to learn graphics in minimum time. Waiting for suggestions. Thanks in advance!

SDL simple Directmedia Layer is your best bet, search for tutorials. should be easy to find its a well known and easy library.
