Use title and aside,footer

Question

how i can use these things,if i make table with AdobeWeaver ,and use ,
title aside not display....
(note- means how can use like Frameset,...we post there evey l

ink link in individual Frame..)

Title- shows title of webpage at the top of browser

Aside- create sidebar

Footer- is location at the bottom of webpage and it provides copyright informations
