Question

Hey, often when I have a complex task where i need a complex algorithm I cant solve it how you guys solve a tricky algorithm and any tips how I can improve on this ?

I have got some useful tips for u
First of all write a rough input and output sketch of the complex problem. This might sound useless or silly but this is really helpful.
After this come to logic.
The best way to develop the logic of a program is to integrate ur basic knowledge to a complex code segment.
Start from what u need in the output.
Afterall its practice which will lead u to good programmer level.
But remember ur interest matters a lot in this regard.
