It does have Windows an emulator for xcode?

I have only an IPhone 5s, but on this I can't install Xcode (no usefull). Thats the reason why I looked for an Emulator (or simulator) for my Windows 10 - Laptop - seriously?

I think xcode only is for mac unfortunately.

You can use VMware to create a virtual machine and there you can run Xcode
