What is the algorithm for calculation of challange point?

I am playing challange and scoring marks and in place of increasing marks , it is decreasing. even m winning all the challange. what is the also for calculating these marks. can anybody explain this?☺️

I assume by marks you mean experience¿
I'm not sure what the exact formula is, but it is heavily dependent on the difference in xp for that language.
For example,
If you have 1000 XP in Java, and challenge someone in Java with 25 XP in Java. Then you may only earn 1xp for winning. (excluding bonuses).
