I need ideas what to do. First we need to learn how to collaborate. Thinking about visual studio there is option to collaborate even with GitHub.

Yasar, I'm in if you find a way to do this. I used to be up on the latest free collaboration tools (though not coding-specific), but am a few years out of the loop now. :(
I had a few years' experience in dev, but not much in coding, and I think the collab tools we used there were proprietary.
I might be able to come up with some little projects to try, based on a training tool I was trying to develop years ago but didn't have the coding skills for. I think the technique I was developing it for is obsolete now, so I wouldn't likely gain anything except learning from it... which is enough for me!
