How to install c++ compiler on code::blocks?

Every time that I open code::blocks,it says "Compiler didnt find!"
Where should I get the compiler and how to install it?

The easiest way to fix this error is to install the version of code::blocks which includes a compiler. (mingw)

I have installed windows 7 on mac

but it doesnt matter it happend the same to my friend who uses windows 10 on a normal laptop
