Is OO still the measure if all things?

There are so many programming Paradigma. is it enough to Know OO or do you need EG functional programming to be a Developer Up to Date?

Both concepts - oop and functional programming - are old concepts ^^
You should know every programming concept if possible. For you don't know how long the next oop / functional programming / whatever hype lasts.

Although, OO is the most popular paradigm. It'll be in your best interest to take the initiative to learn the others. You want to learn as many technologies as you can. That will keep you up-to-date.
