why there are badge on computer there aren't on phone ?

Which badge do you mean? I am pretty sure the same badges are visible and available for mobile and desktop, no?

Hmm... Do you perhaps use a language-specific SoloLearn application? They had the 'Achievements', too. The all-in-one one, which is currently the official SoloLearn app, does not have them anymore. Probably because it would be weird having to boost your xp each time for every lesson/course/language.
