Who has used a virtual machine for Linux OS that can install on Windows 10 without messing with Windows 10 OS to learn Linux.

yes I've been reading about virtualbox and VMware like you say there are others just trying to see which would be best to put on to Windows 10 thanks

VirtualBox is a very popular solution for Windows, Mac, etc. from Oracle.
If you were on Linux I would recommend using the KVM built into the Linux kernel.

I've decided to go with a dual operating system, which I will be installing Linus this weekend after doing backup of the Window OS.
