Global, it can be used on any HTML element.

Yes it is a global attribute but it can't be used with a few tags like <head>, <body>, <title>, <meta> and... ] As i already wrote it can be used on any HTML tag, altough global attributes may have no effect on some elements, i recommend to read something about, here a quick reference: http://bit.ly/2x19C39

Yes it is a global attribute but it can't be used with a few tags like <head>, <body>, <title>, <meta> and <param> etc.
