Can i make a Survey for my Webpage without Server? Such like a "Dreamcar Test". Is this possible with js and without server?

Yes it is possible, but the user data will not be saved. You can make it easy by creating something to save the data into another hidden div, then, the final result will take all the questions from the hidden div and give a result based on them.
