first learn html with css and javascript and then move to cms content managment sytems that will help in those as coding is always helpful

if you don't have skills to create your own script, you have plenty of free/opensource ecommerce scripts like oscommerce, zen cart, magento, presta shop.

You can use shopify or prestashop, both cms are good
