If you are beginner then good work!
but i think you have space for improvement :)
pay attention to errors (line 8....)
and using <td width="500px"> is good for beginning but it's much better to style that with css to avoid unnecessary mistakes when displaying webpage and it makes code much cleaner (that's very important for web developers)
a lot of things you did in html can be better done in css, like height, width, centering, font styling...
sometimes it's good to have audio on webpage but never use autoplay, that scares your visitors because they think it's virus and then they leave very quickly (we don't want that)
