Alternative for Swift
Hi, I'm learning Swift and I want to build my first iOS App, but I don't have a device with macOS or something like that. So my question is: Can I run the same program on a Android or Windows device?

there is xamarin wich you could use to build apps for all devices, but it uses c#, You could use emulators too
