Which country has the best programmers?

foreign countries usually have the best programmers, like russia and china for example in my opinion. asian and european countries generally rank on the top. india in my opinion has some of the strongest programmers / people interested in computer science out there though. here's an article i was reading a while ago :) https://blog.hackerrank.com/which-country-would-win-in-the-programming-olympics/

Just see their sheer army of platinum players.
And some of them "fake" identities overseas (like Terminator)

All countries have amazing programmers. It just depends on whether those great programmers are recognized, like @Mubashir Ahmed said.

I am from the US and as much as I would like to say the United States is the best, we lack severely in most tech areas.
