How to active mailbox in xampp?

I use xampp since few weeks but I don't know how to access the mailbox to receive email from the function mail() of php, so I want to know how to access the mailbox or if I have to active something.

J'utilise xampp depuis maintenant quelques semaines, mais je ne sais pas comment accéder à la boîte mail qui permet de recevoir les mails envoyés par php avec mail(). Donc, j'aimerais savoir comment accéder à cette boîte mail ou alors savoir si je dois activer quelquechose.

When I wanted to do project in my school I had the same issue. In the end of the day I didn't make it work, but you may have more luck. Take a look at this link, the guy explains pretty well how to activate mail server:
