Best way to cheaply host a website?

I have looked at many options online, but it is very hard to determine the best way to actually share what I have created. I want a service which can host my site for free or cheap. It doesn't need to be powerful--it's just some static HTML, JS and CSS. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Static sites have more options--usually from places already hosting your code--like: Github static sites: https://pages.github.com/ Google Cloud (Always) Free Tier https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/static-website https://cloud.google.com/free/ Adding, but feels complicated to me: https://deciphertools.com/blog/google-app-engine-static-sites/ You can also get free SSL certs from some places; I imported one into Amazon Web Services while using their free (for a year) deal.
