Cause I always play games and stuff instead of studying, which I cant make myself do. Help? And e there any tips of his to beat/overcome laziness?

I've been gaming since the 80s, trust me, I understand your pain. lol First off, think about why you want to do what you said you want to do. What is your purpose? Who is it for? What are you to gain from it? It's good to have a clear idea of why you should be doing something, if not, why is it more important than doing the things that would be more fun in a given moment? When you know why you're wanting to do something, you need to remind yourself of that purpose as often as necessary so you don't lose sight of your goal. If you need to write it down and stick it all over your desk/computer/walls, then do that. Uninstall your games. If a crackhead wants to quit doing crack, it isn't beneficial for him to have a pile of crack sitting in front of him every day. If games are a distraction, get rid of the games. If facebook is a distraction, deactivate your account. If your cell phone is a distraction, get rid of it. Most people want things that don't matter more than they want the things that would truly give them everything they ever wanted and more. What motivates you? You need to learn yourself better and your triggers. As you already know, you have those moments where you feel really motivated (right now is probably one since you're here asking questions), and then moments where you just dont feel like doing anything at all. So what's going on? The reality is that NO ONE HAS MOTIVATE, it's not something you're born with or something that you have to find within. We don't HAVE motivation, we GENERATE motivation. In those moments of motivation, you're generating the motivation, you're not retrieving it from where it's stored inside of you. All the same, in those moments where you're not motivated, it's because you're not choosing to generate motivation. Does certain music make you feel a certain way? Promote you to feel happier or sad? Motivated or not? Nostalgic or grandeur? As you can see, music can help you generate certain feelings also, including the feeling of motivation.

(cont.) Realize what triggers you and makes you feel good/motivated. The better you feel the more motivated you are toward feeling better things. Your state of being is very important. If you're always talking bad/down to yourself and feeling depressed, how likely are you to feel motivated toward greater things in life? Not likely. GUARD YOUR DIALOG that you have with yourself and other people. You've no idea how powerful the dialog/words you have, whether it's in your head or out loud, are. They completely alter your inner chemistry and your lens of perception, which is what creates your entire experience of reality itself. If you can't see yourself doing great things, you don't do great things. You need to be your #1 fan and support yourself rather than sabotage yourself. If you envision greatness for your life consistently, and you believe in your greatness, you'll do great things and have great things. The reality is that some days you're not going to feel motivated, so what do you do? You force yourself to work on it even if you're tired, even if you just got home, even if you don't feel like it right now. You have to train yourself to push yourself even during the moments when you don't want to, which will be a lot of moments. The truth is that you can't sit around "waiting for the day" until you die. The trick isn't to wait for the day, it's to create the day. Success is a very well beaten path, it's no accident. Model your behaviors and actions off of those who are you already successful doing what it is that you want to do in life. As they say, if you want to be successful, place yourself around successful people. They're doing what you want to be doing, and are doing it successfully, follow their path and you'll inevitably be successful also. Anyways, this is getting long, so I'm leaving. lol Best of luck to you bro.

I understand. But maybe striking a balance between gaming and studying would help. Like, study for an hour or two, then relax with an hour of gaming. Just a thought.

Cant you put the 2 together?? Take your favorite game and while playing it think about what the programmers were doing to make it work! And I bet anything after you take that approach your motivation will be to make your own game and make it better!!

The thing is, Even when I have an idea or something I can do, its my failure to act. I usually don't get to doing stuff. I they to force myself to do it, but end up giving up or being lazy. :(
