Well, I'm no expert at Java so I'm not going to provide any code but I can suggest a route you could potentially take, from there you can just search for additional information.

Look into a credible API that keeps track of movies. I'm pretty sure there's a ton out there. A quick search of "movie public API" can get you started.

After finding an API you can make a program that'll make use of it and translate that JSON into something meaningful.
