Wow! If the criteria is indeed 1000 Followers = 100% influencer, then i am sorry to say it is really stupid of Sololearn to come up with such a criteria ! But it's their site and they have every right to decide or implement something that works in their favor
An advise to the people who wants to become 100% influencer quickly is to start following every person, out of 10 usually 6-7 do return the favor by following you.

why have this influencer thing or follower thing at all to start with? There are so many online forums having top stuff without the need of this follower or influencer thing.
Such things are the result of social networking drink (sic) spilling in technical sites.
