Why ruby?

I put a lot of my time in java, c++, c# and Web dev. should I learn ruby too? is there anything that only ruby can do?

I can't answer your question directly about what ruby can do that other languages can't. Most languages can do most things. However, what I can tell you is that the more languages you know and understand the better programmer you'll become.
