Does anyone else face this bug?

Question

Today I answered all 5 questions in a challenge. But after the 5th question, instead of ending the challenge I was asked questions 4 and 5 again. And again. It was a loop until after sometime the challenge automatically ended and gave me a score of 3(although I answered all 5 correctly). The problem is I have faced this issue more than once. I've even been asked questions 6 and 7 in challenges.
