Great program terms ?

to make a great program we need a great mind agree or not if why ? what are terms to become a great programmer and perfectionist!

To make a great program, we'll be advised to have a great crew, meanings not necessarly a group of great minds, but a group of complementary peoples: great mind and perfectionnism have bad side also, and simple minds can be very helpful to realize projects, even if they aren't totally perfect, even if our great mind say to ourselves before finished that there's another more efficients ways to do it perfect and rebuild from scratch before having a running version :P
... There's nothing totally white or totally black in this world ^^
