It's good that MS decides to empower Windows developers with this upcoming update.
Some features:
-Devs will be able to use the Windows Holographic Platform for games and apps with all kinds of mixed reality headsets.
-Cortana Skills Kit to integrate bots for users of apps with the Microsoft Bot Framework
-Project Rome, for UWP cross-device compatibility
-UWP for game development; Game Mode to optimize system resources for faster games, UWP for Xbox, Intelligent Install to play games before fully d/led.
