Install VirtualBox, download image of the OS that you want to install. Then run it using VirtualBox.

1. Get a pendrive 2. Download your favorite Linux distribution's iso 3. Flash the iso into pendrive 4. Boot the pendrive using your machine not Computer :D 5. Follow the installer 6. Reboot your machine and start using it If stuck then just duckduckgo it

yes and if u wanna use wireless networks in ur virtual machine u cant use them so u must buy a external wifi adapter in order to get support of wifi cracking in virtual machine
