How long it takes to master python completely..?!

To complete any programming language is vary from people to people. If you are a beginner its take more time than , if you have any prior knowledge. So its up to you, that how much interest you put learn the particular course and the effort to practice it. For my point of view to learn Python for a beginner take 3–4 month to cover almost all concepts.
But it is all depends on your interest and how much time you are giving to it.
Also never setup deadline for languages, you should take keen interest and enjoying languages.

never, you will never be able to master it completely because programming languages are evolving constantly, there is always something new to learn ;)
